1. How much does the AOA Business Card Cost?
Nothing, there is no annual fee and we don't charge anything for access to discounts! In fact, we actually will give you money back based on your purchases (see Rewards section in Dashboard).
2. Who can apply for the AOA Business Card?
Any independent small business owner who is a member of the AOA.
3. What are the AOA Business Card terms and conditions?

4. Can we refer other businesses to the AOA Business Card?
Yes, please do! You can send their information to referral@getmercantile.com and we’ll reach out! Otherwise, they can apply at card.aoa.org.
5. Can my other businesses apply for the AOA Business Card?
Yes! You will have to submit an application form for each business.
6. Does the AOA Business Card require a personal guarantee?
No, the AOA Business Card does not require any personal guarantees.
7. Will the AOA Business Card affect my personal credit?
No, the AOA Business Card does not affect your personal credit.
8. What type of card is the AOA Business Card?
The AOA Business Credit Card is a Mastercard World Elite.

9. How do I activate my AOA Business Card?
Go to card.aoa.org to activate your AOA Business Card
10. How do I issue additional cards for my staff/partners?
We are currently working on this feature and will notify you when it is ready for use!
11. Does the AOA Business Card have a PIN?
It does not by default. If you’re intending on traveling overseas and need a pin, you can call the number on the back of your card or 866-667-8188 and we can add one for you.
12. What are pending charges?
Pending charges are those transactions which have been received but have not settled on your account yet. Generally, they pass from pending to confirmed transactions within a few days.
13. My AOA Business Card has not arrived?
Please email support@getmercantile.com if you have not received your card within 7-10 business days.
14. Does the AOA Business Card charge foreign transaction fees?
Yes, the AOA Business Card charges a 3% foreign transaction fee. See: about.card.aoa.org/terms
15. Where do I keep track of the limit on my AOA Business Card?
On the AOA Business Card management portal, located just under your card icon.
16. Why was my AOA Business Card declined?
Your card can be declined for a number of reasons. A few examples may be because the amount would have taken you over your credit limit or your recent payment has not posted yet. You can either make a payment to your balance or request a credit limit increase. If you have additional questions, please contact support@getmercantile.com.

18. How do I link my bank account to my AOA Business Card?
Navigate to the drop down screen on the left side, scroll down to the settings menu, and then select Bank Account
19. How do I set up the auto-payment?

20. What happens if I schedule a payment on a weekend or a bank holiday?
The payment will be paid on the next business day
21. Does the AOA Business Card work with Apple Pay® or Google Pay
